Payments are accepted via secure third-party processors.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless the retreat or service is cancelled by Ancient Soul Life.
In case of cancellation by a participant, refund eligibility is at our sole discretion, and may be offered as a credit for future services.
No refunds are provided for early departure or no-show.
